Meddicate warrants to their customer that any medical products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period applicable to each such product. Warranty periods, which vary by product, may be obtained by contacting Meddicate\u2019s Customer Support (info@meddicate.us). The warranty period commences on the date of shipment. Meddicate\u2019s sole obligation for this limited warranty is to repair or replace a defective product at no charge to buyer, or to credit buyer\u2019s account for the purchase price paid for the defective product, at Meddicate\u2019s discretion. To make a warranty claim, Meddicate\u2019s Customer Support must be contacted within two days of discovery of the defect to obtain a return authorization number. Meddicate will be responsible for shipping costs on defective products that are under warranty which are returned by the buyer to Meddicate with a return authorization number. Replaced or repaired products will be shipped to the original buyer at Meddicate\u2019s expense. Other warranty terms and limitations may apply to certain products.
